Overview
Contract Personnel are currently recruiting for a Hygiene Cleaner on the outskirts of Norwich. This is a full-time role and own transport is essential due to site location. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 14:00 β 22:00.
Responsibilities
- Clean food production rooms, machinery and equipment using a pressure hose and hand padding.
- Carry out main cleaning duties between 14:00 and 17:00, including tidying stores, cleaning yard/stores/staff areas, taking rubbish out, possible stock checks, and gathering ingredients for production staff; effectively support operations to keep the site clean and tidy.
- Receive on-the-job training and be responsible for specific areas, while assisting with other cleaner areas as required.
- Comply with all factory rules and regulations; maintain hygienic practices and a good eye for detail.
- Complete the standard factory induction process.
- Some lifting may be required to move machinery, raw materials, and cleaning materials.
- Carry out any other duties as required.
Requirements
- Previous hygiene cleaner experience preferred but not essential.
- Comfortable with potential lifting/moving of machinery.
