Contract Personnel are currently recruiting Machine Operatives on behalf of our client, based on the outskirts of Brandon. This is an excellent opportunity to join a fast-paced production environment with competitive pay and overtime rates.
Start Time: 7:00am
Pay Rate: £12.57 per hour, £15.71 per hour (overtime after 39 hours)
Job Description: As a Machine Operative, you will play a key role in supporting the efficient and safe operation of production machinery. Working within a fast-paced environment, your responsibilities will include:
- Operating, monitoring, and maintaining production machinery
- Ensuring smooth and continuous production processes
- Maintaining product quality and adherence to customer specifications
- Adhering to all health and safety procedures
Requirements:
- Own transport is essential due to the location
- Previous machine operative or production experience is desirable but not essential
