Contract Personnel are recruiting on behalf of a growing retailer in East Anglia for a Product Manager to join their Norfolk head office.
Known for their creative innovation and commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences, this role will be pivotal in shaping their go-to-market strategy.
We are looking for someone dynamic and commercially savvy, who will work closed the design, brand and procurement teams. As a key leader in the business, you will play a central role in driving product performance from concept through to launch, in line with the fabrication, fit and quality expected of the brand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the critical path and ensure lead times are being met throughout the design and production process
- Oversee factories, anticipating and resolving garment construction and production issues
- Ensure all fit notes, technical packs, specs, and detailed spec documentation are accurate, complete, and submitted to factories on time
- Work closely with the Brand Manager to advise on trend, styling, fabrication, fit, trims, and ensure the design vision is executed through the product
- Prepare sketches, CADs, and visual packs for internal reviews
- Work closely with the technical team to meet prototype expectations and timelines
- Coordinate with product development teams to ensure smooth style placement with factories and seamless production flow
- Troubleshoot any issues within production or product styles as they arise

- Be highly creative with a strong sense of style, trend awareness, and market relevance
