Contract Personnel are looking for an experienced Private Client Legal Secretary to join our well-established client's Private Client and Court of Protection teams in Norwich.
How does the day-to-day look?
- Supporting Fee Earners with general administrative tasks
- Audio typing for Private Client Lawyers and other members of the Private Client Department
- Answering and screening incoming calls
- Managing and updating Fee Earners calendars and booking meeting rooms
- Opening and closing client files in line with the firm's procedures
- Sending out initial client paperwork and/or emails
- Performing other clerical secretarial duties such as filing, photocopying and scanning post
- Updating the Practice Management System with client related information
You will have:
- Previous work experience in a private client secretarial role
- Excellent organisational and customer service skills
- A professional attitude and appearance
- Strong IT skills and proficiency in Microsoft Outlook & Word
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and be resourceful
- Ability to multitask and adapt to new systems/procedures
Schedule: Monday to Friday, full time hours
