We are currently recruiting for Picking Operatives to join our team based in Little Melton. Working within a chilled despatch environment, you will be responsible for accurately picking and preparing finished meat products for customer orders, ensuring orders are completed efficiently and ready for dispatch. Key Responsibilities: Picking finished meat products in line with customer orders. Using handheld scanners to scan and pick products accurately against order sheets. Ensuring orders are picked and packed in a timely manner. Stacking and arranging packed products onto pallets. Labelling products ready for dispatch. Keeping the despatch area clean, tidy and organised. Assisting with other duties as required. What We're Looking For: A reliable and hardworking attitude. Good attention to detail. The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. A good team player with a flexible approach to work. Previous picking or warehouse experience is beneficial.
