In this role, you’ll provide crucial support across the office and commercial functions, helping the business run smoothly and efficiently. You’ll be at the heart of operations, assisting with administration, customer enquiries, quotations, pricing, and purchasing.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Managing general office administration
  • Responding to customer enquiries via email and phone
  • Preparing information for quotations and maintaining quote records
  • Supporting pricing activities using spreadsheets, price lists, and calculators
  • Assisting with purchasing, supplier enquiries, and order chasing
  • Checking enquiry details, quantities, descriptions, and drawings
  • Requesting missing information from customers when needed
  • Supporting wider office processes and system improvements
