Contract Personnel are looking for BBQ Cooks for some upcoming events in the Norwich area. The role will involve you working alongside another cook and serving staff to provide food to customers at an event in Old Catton. No real experience is required but the ideal candidate will be able to cook a variety of meats to request, multi-task and also provide a prompt and efficient service.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Preparing, seasoning, and cooking a variety of BBQ foods to a high standard
- Safely operating BBQ grills and cooking equipment
- Ensuring all food is cooked perfectly
- Keeping cooking and preparation areas clean, organised, and ready for service
- Monitoring stock levels and assisting with inventory management
- Following all food hygiene and health regulations
