We are looking for an experienced Mobile Gas Engineer who has previously worked on boiler, heating and plumbing systems in the commercial sector. The successful candidate will join a team of multiskilled engineers who deliver excellent service standards, while meeting SLA agreements and adhering to maintenance schedules. This company's work is within commercial properties and public sector projects.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience as a Gas Engineer, preferably with a strong plumbing and heating background.
- Gas Qualifications and experience working independently as a Gas, Plumbing and/or Heating Engineer.
- Carry out planned, reactive, and emergency maintenance on gas appliances, commercial boilers and associated systems.
- Undertake the inspection, commissioning, repairs and maintenance of gas and oil fuel heating.
- Carry out installation, operation, maintenance and repairs of pipework, plant and equipment.
- Complete plumbing and heating works in accordance with specifications and in compliance with the relevant legislation, relevant trade body and industry standards and best practice.
- Complete all industry standard documentation and inspection/testing.
- Support plumbing and basic electrical maintenance tasks.
- Monitor subcontractors and issue permits for small works as required.
- Commercial gas qualifications.
- Domestic gas qualifications.
- Experience with HVAC systems, including air handling units.
- Basic electrical knowledge and plumbing/fabric experience.
- Full driving license.
- Heating and plumbing trade background.

Working Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday 8-4:30pm (+ occasional on-call responsibilities).
