Contract Personnel are looking for an experienced IT Support Technician for a well-known client based in Norwich.
How does the day-to-day look?
- Provide technical support to end-users via phone, email, or in-person.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and peripherals.
- Perform regular system maintenance and updates.
- Assist with the setup and deployment of new equipment.
- Maintain accurate records of support requests and resolutions.
- Collaborate with other IT team members to address complex issues.
- Ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures.
- Perform administration tasks within multiple software products.
You will have:
- Experience in troubleshooting software within a Windows desktop environment.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve IT hardware technical issues.
- Solid understanding of Local Area Networking (LAN).
- Previous experience in IT help desk service.
- Good knowledge of printers and multifunction devices.
- Ability to transport IT equipment using own transport.
- CompTIA A+ and N+ certified (Desired but not essential).
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
- Strong team member.
- Excellent customer care and quality assurance.

Schedule: 37.5 hours to be worked flexibly across five days (Monday-Friday).
