Contract Personnel is currently recruiting Fibreglass Laminators for the South Norfolk area. Own transport is essential.

This is an excellent temp-to-perm opportunity.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Reading and understanding lay-up drawings and using laminating skills to meet specifications.
  2. Applying lacquers and waxes to mould surfaces to facilitate assembly and removal of laminated parts.
  3. Applying gel layers to mould surfaces before placing fibreglass mat, repeating until the desired thickness is achieved.
  4. Checking completed products for conformance to specifications and defects.
  5. Masking off mould areas not to be laminated using appropriate materials.
