Fibreglass Laminator

Contract Personnel are currently recruiting for Fibreglass Laminators based in the South Norfolk area. Own transport is essential.  This is an excellent temp to perm opportunity. Duties and responsibilities will include: Read and understand lay-up drawings and use laminating skills to carry out the required workload to the lay-up specification Apply lacquers and waxes to mould surfaces to facilitate assembly and removal of laminated parts Apply layers of gel to mould surfaces prior to placement of fibreglass mat, repeating layers until products have the desired thickness Check completed products for conformance to specifications and for defects Mask off mould areas which are not to be laminated, using cellophane, wax paper, masking tape, or special sprays containing mould-releasing substances Any other duties as required Shift pattern: Monday to Friday 08:00 – 16:30 Please be aware National Living Wage (NLW) will be increasing from April 1st, therefore this pay rate will be increasing.  Experience/skills required: GRP Laminating experience essential Adaptable: being able to adjust to changing situations and learn new things Good work ethic  Ability to work independently and as part of a team Benefits of working for Contract Personnel: 28 holiday days accrued for full time workers Weekly pay every Friday straight into your bank account Dedicated team there for you every step of the way If you are interested, please apply, call us on (phone number removed), or email
