Contract Personnel are recruiting on behalf of our client for a Shift Team Leader to support production operations and ensure production lines run efficiently while achieving KPI targets.
Shift Pattern: Full-Time | 4 on / 4 off 06:00–18:00 & 18:00–06:00
Duties and Responsibilities as a Team Leader:
- Lead and supervise production line operations
- Ensure Health & Safety, Food Safety, GMP and BRC standards are followed
- Monitor line performance, labour usage and productivity
- Record production data using SAP and internal systems
- Train, motivate and support team members
- Address performance and welfare issues when required
- Work closely with supervisors and other departments to improve efficiency
- Support continuous improvement and Lean Manufacturing initiatives
Requirements for the Team Leader role:
- Experience in manufacturing or food production
- Leadership or supervisory experience
- Good communication skills
- Knowledge of Health & Safety and Food Safety standards
- Ability to monitor performance and improve efficiency
- Experience using SAP or similar systems is desirable
