We are seeking a proactive and organised Asset Care Inventory Controller to join our client who are a world-class manufacturing company based near to North Walsham.
The Role
The successful applicant will manage engineering stores, control maintenance inventory, oversee purchasing and budgets, and optimise their CMMS (Limble) system to help achieve 98% equipment availability and strong OEE performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote a zero-accident Health & Safety culture
- Manage Engineering Stores and maintenance inventory
- Support and monitor Planned Maintenance compliance
- Raise and control purchase orders in line with budget
- Manage critical spares and obsolescence
- Maintain and develop the CMMS system
- Implement and audit 5S / Workplace Organisation standards
- Support factory OEE and audit compliance (HSHEQ / BRC)
About You
Essential
- GCSE Maths & English (or equivalent)
- A-Level / BTEC equivalent
- Strong IT skills (MS Office)
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Able to communicate effectively at all levels
Desirable
- CMMS experience
- Maintenance Stores or engineering background
- Knowledge of 5S
