Contract Personnel are recruiting for a Class 2 Concrete Mixer Driver to join a local, family-run business that has been established in Norfolk for over 25 years and is a leader in its industry.
Previous Cat C driving experience is essential, but a Cat C driver with no previous experience operating a mixer lorry will be considered, as full training will be provided. The successful candidate will be responsible for positioning the lorry accurately under the plant ready to be loaded and delivering ready-mixed concrete to various building sites and domestic addresses throughout Norfolk. During busy periods, you could be expected to make up to 5 deliveries per day.
This is a permanent, full-time position following the successful completion of an initial 12-week Temp-to-Perm qualifying period.
Hours of Work: Monday to Friday, Start time: 6:45am, Full-time hours
You will require:
- A valid driving licence with Category C entitlement
- A valid Driver CPC qualification card
- A valid Digital Tachograph Card
- A good understanding of Road Traffic Laws
- A reliable and professional approach to work
