The Role As a Potato Grader, you will be responsible for inspecting and grading potatoes during the harvesting process, ensuring that only potatoes meeting the required company standards are selected for storage and distribution. You will work within the potato harvesting machinery while it is attached to a tractor and operating in the fields. The role will involve carefully inspecting potatoes as they are harvested, removing any potatoes with visible blemishes, damage or other defects.
