The Opportunity

Our client is a modern and exciting online cake business producing a fantastic range of cakes and baked goods, sold directly to customers through their website and through a network of wholesalers across the UK.

We are currently recruiting for a Cake Finisher & Decorator / Flow Wrapper to join their production team in Holt on a temporary-to-permanent basis.

This is a great opportunity for someone looking to secure a long-term position with a growing food production business.

The Role

Working as part of the production team, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Finishing Miniature Baby Sponge Cakes with buttercream.

  • Finishing and decorating Sponge Loaves.

  • Finishing and preparing brownies.

  • Operating a flow wrap machine to package cakes and help maintain freshness.

  • Ensuring products are finished and presented to a consistently high standard.

  • Working quickly and efficiently to meet daily production requirements.

  • Maintaining excellent standards of cleanliness and food hygiene.

  • Following all company health & safety and food production procedures.

  • Carrying out any other reasonable duties as required.

About You
