Evening Chef – Temp to Perm in Witney, Oxfordshire (OX29) £16.00 per hour - Monday to Friday 6:00pm–2:00am Immediate Start We are recruiting for an experienced Chef to join a well-established contract catering team in Witney, Oxfordshire, on a temp-to-perm basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Commis Chef who is ready to take the next step in their career and develop their skills in a professional catering environment. This could be the perfect opportunity for and experienced Chef What’s on offer? * £16.00 per hour * Paid weekly * Monday to Friday, 6:00pm–2:00am * Paid holiday * Immediate start * Free meals on duty * Temp-to-perm opportunity * Great opportunity to progress within the company after 12 weeks What you’ll be doing as an chef * Reheating and serving fresh food prepared by the day team * Cooking some dishes from fresh * Preparing fresh salads for the salad bar * Preparing and carrying out prep for the breakfast service * Keeping kitchen areas clean and tidy * Adhering to food hygiene and health & safety regulations * Supporting with general kitchen porter duties * Maintaining a clean, organised and safe working environment There is a dedicated night cleaner for the restaurant, so your main focus will be ondelivering great food and excellent service. What we are looking for * Previous experience working as a Chef * Someone who can work on their own initiative * Reliable and confident working independently at night * Good knowledge of food hygiene and kitchen standards * A positive attitude and willingness to learn and develop * Own transport is essential due to the location and working hours Ready for your next Evening Chef role?
