We are looking to recruit a strong Sous Chef who can manage the production and service of food in a fast-paced busy environment. Immediate start for this role, seasonal contract.
Working 5 days out of 7 (including weekends). Shift times will be 12-10 or 2-10pm.
Own whites, knives and safety shoes required. Level 2 and Allergen Training required.
