Are you a skilled Chef looking for flexible work with fantastic daytime hours? Join Contract Options, a well-established catering and hospitality agency with over 25 years of experience in the industry. We\\\’re currently recruiting Chef de Partie, Sous Chefs, and Head Chefs for temporary roles across a range of respected clients – including schools, care homes, hospitals, and office canteens.
Responsibilities
- Preparing and cooking meals to a high standard, following client specifications
- Maintaining food hygiene and health & safety standards at all times
- Working efficiently in fast-paced kitchen environments
- Managing food preparation and service for breakfast, lunch, or both
- Occasionally leading a small team (for Sous and Head Chef roles)
- Supporting with stock control and kitchen cleanliness
- Being flexible and reliable – every kitchen is different!
Qualifications
- Qualified to Chef de Partie, Sous Chef, or Head Chef level (please do not apply if your experience is below this level)
- Flexible, reliable, and able to adapt to different kitchen environments
- DBS certified (Enhanced DBS within the last 12 months for schools, hospitals, and care homes)
- Don\\\’t have a DBS? We can help you apply for one (cost involved)
- Ideally hold a valid driving licence to travel between sites
- Eligible to work in the UK

What We Offer
