Hours:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Location: Staines
  • 7:30 am - 4:30 pm
  • Office-based, 5 days per week

Duties include:

  • Sourcing and recruiting candidates for catering and hospitality roles, including:
    • Chefs
    • Kitchen Assistants
    • Kitchen Porters
    • Catering Assistants
    • Event Staff
  • Speaking with candidates on a daily basis.
  • Managing the candidate registration process.
  • Making outbound calls and sending emails.
  • Booking candidates into shifts.
  • Updating candidate records and tracking applications.
  • Providing day-to-day administrative support to the recruitment team.
  • Assisting with the smooth running of the office.

What we are looking for:

  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Confident speaking with people over the phone.
  • Previous recruitment, resourcing, administration, customer service, or hospitality experience is desirable.
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
