Catering & Hospitality Resourcer to join our team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start or develop a career in recruitment.
You will be working closely with an experienced recruiter, helping to source and manage candidates for a variety of catering and hospitality roles.
Salary
£12.71 per hour Hours: Monday to Friday Location-Staines 7:30 am
4:30 pm Office-based, 5 days per week Duties include: Sourcing and recruiting candidates for catering and hospitality roles, including:
Chefs Kitchen Assistants Kitchen Porters Catering Assistants Event Staff
Speaking with candidates on a daily basis.
Managing the candidate registration process.
Making outbound calls and sending emails.
Booking candidates into shifts.
Updating candidate records and tracking applications.
Providing day-to-day administrative support to the recruitment team.
Assisting with the smooth running of the office.
What we're looking for: Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Confident speaking with people over the phone.
Previous recruitment, resourcing, administration, customer service, or hospitality experience is desirable.
A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
