Catering & Hospitality Resourcer to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start or develop a career in recruitment.
You will be working closely with an experienced recruiter, helping to source and manage candidates for a variety of catering and hospitality roles.

- Location-Staines
- Office-based, 5 days per week
Duties include
- Sourcing and recruiting candidates for catering and hospitality roles, including:
- Chefs
- Kitchen Assistants
- Kitchen Porters
- Catering Assistants
- Event Staff
- Speaking with candidates on a daily basis.
- Managing the candidate registration process.
- Making outbound calls and sending emails.
- Booking candidates into shifts.
- Updating candidate records and tracking applications.
- Providing day-to-day administrative support to the recruitment team.
- Assisting with the smooth running of the office.
What we're looking for
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Confident speaking with people over the phone.
- Previous recruitment, resourcing, administration, customer service, or hospitality experience is desirable.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
