Catering & Hospitality Resourcer to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start or develop a career in recruitment.

You will be working closely with an experienced recruiter, helping to source and manage candidates for a variety of catering and hospitality roles.

£12.71 per hour

Hours

  • Monday to Friday
  • Location-Staines
  • Office-based, 5 days per week

Duties include

  • Sourcing and recruiting candidates for catering and hospitality roles, including:
  • Chefs
  • Kitchen Assistants
  • Kitchen Porters
  • Catering Assistants
  • Event Staff
  • Speaking with candidates on a daily basis.
  • Managing the candidate registration process.
  • Making outbound calls and sending emails.
  • Booking candidates into shifts.
  • Updating candidate records and tracking applications.
  • Providing day-to-day administrative support to the recruitment team.
  • Assisting with the smooth running of the office.

What we're looking for

  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Confident speaking with people over the phone.
  • Previous recruitment, resourcing, administration, customer service, or hospitality experience is desirable.
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
