Apply now to join this International leading Catering Company. Full time Permanent Sous Chef x 3 required to join a large brigade of exciting chefs at a multi site operation. You will work 5 out of 7 days (weekends and evenings will be included) with a working week of 40 hours.
The role will see you support the Head Chef and Kitchen Management team, supervise the kitchen operations staff, produce high quality food in large volumes while maintaining hygiene standards at all times. You will manage and support the team to ensure high standards of food are produced and delivered in a timely and professional manner.
