We are looking for skilled Baristas, experienced Waiting Staff and Front of House (FOH) professionals to join our growing temporary team, with opportunities available across hotels, event companies, contract caterers, restaurants, cafés, corporate offices and a variety of hospitality venues throughout London.
Whether you're an experienced Barista with excellent coffee-making skills, a confident Waiter or Waitress, or a professional Front of House Assistant who enjoys delivering outstanding customer service, we want to hear from you!
We have a variety of opportunities available, from regular ongoing assignments to flexible ad-hoc shifts, giving you the chance to work with different clients, develop your experience and find assignments that suit your availability.
The Opportunity
£12.71–£15.50 per hour PAYE , depending on the role and client.
Regular and ongoing temporary work, alongside ad-hoc assignments.
Daytime and evening shifts available.
Monday to Friday and weekend work.
Opportunities across Central London and Greater London.
Assignments within hotels, cafés, restaurants, corporate dining, event venues and contract catering.
Immediate starts available for suitable candidates.

Roles Available
We are recruiting for a range of hospitality positions, including:
Baristas – preparing quality coffees and other beverages while delivering excellent customer service.
Waiting Staff – taking orders, serving food and drinks, and ensuring guests enjoy a great dining experience.
Front of House Assistants – welcoming guests, managing customer enquiries and supporting smooth daily operations.
Food and Beverage Assistants – supporting food and drink service across restaurants, cafés and hospitality venues.
Event Waiting Staff – delivering professional service at corporate functions, events and private occasions.
Corporate Hospitality Staff – providing high-quality service in offices, business dining facilities and corporate environments.
Multi-Skilled FOH Staff – confidently supporting different front-of-house duties depending on client requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver friendly, professional and attentive customer service.
Prepare and serve coffees, teas and other beverages to a high standard.
Take customer orders accurately and serve food and drinks efficiently.
Welcome guests and assist with enquiries.
Set up, maintain and clear tables and service areas.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation and hygiene.
Operate coffee machines and other service equipment where required.
Work effectively as part of a busy hospitality team.
Follow food hygiene, health and safety procedures.
Adapt quickly to different venues, service styles and client requirements.
What We're Looking For
Previous experience in hospitality, customer service or a similar role is desirable.
Barista applicants should have experience preparing coffees and operating coffee machines where required.
Waiting Staff should be confident taking orders and serving food and beverages.
FOH candidates should have excellent communication and customer service skills.
A friendly, positive and professional attitude.
Strong teamwork skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
A flexible approach to shifts, assignments and locations.
Good awareness of food hygiene and health and safety.
Reliability, punctuality and a professional appearance.
The legal right to work in the UK.
