Duties:
- Service of Hospitality food and/or beverages to customers to the standards set by the company.
- Be proactive in setting up and clearing any Hospitality in a professional manner.
- Lease with the client in a professional manner and report back to the manager if any issues.
- Cleaning duties associated with service and related equipment and/or furniture.
- Preparation of service area and/or service points.
- Assist in the preparation of food for Deli counter when required.
- Cover the Deli bar when required.
- Receive deliveries and storage reporting any missing items to the Manager.
- Assist in monthly Stock take when required.
- Correct storage of food items and equipment after service.
- Maintain personal hygiene, appearance, and uniform to company regulations always.
- To always present an image conducive to good customer relations.
- Comply and assist in the promotion and implementation of the company’s health and safety policy.
- Comply and assist in the promotion and implementation of the company’s equal opportunity policy.
