You will be based in the Development Kitchen as a Kitchen Assistant. You will assist the team in both the development kitchen and other areas of the campus focused on innovation and quality assurance. Duties will include shopping and organising samples to keep the innovation process and quality assurance. you will need to ensure that the state-of- the- art kitchen facilities are kept in pristine condition.
You will play a key role in supporting the chef team with panels and other events and the day to day events and the general daily operations of the kitchen.
Skills required
A passion for product, quality and attention to detail
Catering background and experience - food preparation practices and quality assessments.
Excellent communication skills.
Good team player able to work with minimal supervision
Be comfortable using IT tools to manage bookings/ admin.
Must be able to drive and have own transport.
