We are seeking a talented and passionate Chef to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in culinary arts, with experience in a high-paced kitchen environment. As a Chef, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes, managing kitchen staff, and ensuring that all food is prepared to the highest standards of taste and presentation. Key Responsibilities: Prepare, cook, and present dishes according to the menu specifications. Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and presentation. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and health standards. Manage kitchen inventory and coordinate with suppliers to maintain stock levels. Keep the kitchen area clean, organized, and safe at all times. Work efficiently under pressure, managing multiple tasks simultaneously. Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth kitchen operations. Requirements: Proven experience as a Chef in a similar environment. Strong culinary skills and knowledge of kitchen equipment and cooking techniques. Enhanced DBS check (Ideal not Required). Food Safety Certificate Level 2 (Ideal not Required). Excellent time management and organizational skills. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality dishes.
