Reheating and serving fresh food prepared by the day team Cooking some dishes from fresh Preparing fresh salads for the salad bar Preparing and carrying out prep for the breakfast service Keeping kitchen areas clean and tidy Adhering to food hygiene and health & safety regulations Supporting with general kitchen porter duties Maintaining a clean, organised and safe working environment There is a dedicated night cleaner for the restaurant, so your main focus will be ondelivering great food and excellent service. Previous experience working as a Chef Someone who can work on their own initiative Reliable and confident working independently at night Good knowledge of food hygiene and kitchen standards A positive attitude and willingness to learn and develop Own transport is essential
