to join our busy kitchen team on an ongoing basis. ??

Ongoing position About the Role
As a Kitchen Assistant, you will support the chefs and wider kitchen team to ensure the kitchen runs smoothly and efficiently. This is a hands-on role within a
large, busy site , so you must be able to work well under pressure and be willing to get stuck in wherever needed. You will be expected to: Support the chefs with the day-to-day running of the kitchen.
Assist with food preparation and basic cooking duties when required.
Prepare ingredients and ensure the kitchen is stocked and organised.
Assist chefs during busy service periods.
Keep work areas, equipment and the kitchen clean and tidy.
Wash and clean kitchen equipment, utensils and work areas.
Follow food hygiene, cleanliness and health & safety standards.
Work as part of a team and support the chefs whenever needed.
Stay organised and work efficiently during busy periods.
About You
We're looking for someone who is
reliable, hardworking and willing to learn . You should be able to work well as part of a team, follow instructions and remain calm and productive in a busy kitchen environment. You need to be someone who is
hands-on, punctual and willing to get stuck in , supporting the chefs and helping keep the kitchen running smoothly. If you're a
