As a chef in a large brigade, you will be responsible for the preparation and cooking of dishes in a specific station according to recipes and chef specifications. You will ensure high quality food, proper portion control and plating while maintaining a clean and sanitised work station.

Working hours: 37.5 hour working week, 5 out of 7 (will include weekends).
