Contract Labour Solutionsare looking for aTrainee or Semi-Skilled Fabricatorto join our clients growing team who produce a variety of fabricated components across theArchitectural & Structuralindustry. This is a great opportunity to develop your fabrication skills, working alongside experienced fabricators in a fast-paced, supportive workshop environment.
Working Hours:Mon–Thur 7:30am–4:30pm, Fri 7:30am–2:00pm
Responsibilities
- Assist in the fabrication of metal components from technical drawings.
- Work with mild and stainless steel usingMIG/TIG welding techniques(training provided if needed).
- Follow allHealth & Safetyprocedures, wear PPE, and maintain a clean, organised workspace.
- Meet production times and quality standards.
- Deburr, clean, and prepare materials to a high standard before assembly.
- Support skilled team members and show a willingness to learn new fabrication techniques.
- Complete daily timesheets accurately and comply withISO 9001standards.
Knowledge/Experience
- Previous experience in general fabrication or metalwork preferred.
- Basic understanding offabrication drawingsand workshop practices.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Team player with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
- Reliable, motivated, and safety-conscious
- Early finish on Fridays!
- On-the-job training and skill development.
