We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurses to join our flexible healthcare team supporting Nursing Homes throughout South Yorkshire and surrounding areas. The ideal candidates will possess a strong commitment to providing excellent resident care and will have a thorough understanding of anatomy and medication administration. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in assessing residents’ needs, developing care plans, and ensuring the highest standards of health and safety are maintained.
- Deliver high-quality resident care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating individualised care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, ensuring compliance with safety protocols.
- Monitor resident progress and respond to changes in condition promptly.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care and support for patients and their families.
- Maintain accurate resident records and documentation in accordance with legal and ethical standards.
- Uphold infection control protocols to ensure a safe environment for residents and staff.
- Leading a shift and delegating tasks.
Qualifications
- Valid registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC).
- Clear DBS registered on the Update Service
- Proven experience working in a Nursing Home setting (Minimum of 6 months experience working as a Registered Nurse in UK).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with residents and colleagues.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
