A sought after flooring company that is currently expanding due to the increasing workload and taking on new clients, requires an enthusiastic skilled flooring contractor to carry out jobs in and around central London. The candidate should know how to liaise with clients onsite and carry themselves in a professional manner, have a good work ethic and common sense.

The fitting work will be carried out under a separate contract between you and the customers, and you must take full responsibility for the quality of your work and service. All our registered fitters have to act in a professional and respectful manner at all times, and we demand all services to be of the highest standards.

Contractors will need to have the following:

  • Experience in installing sheet vinyl with a cap and coved skirting detail.
  • Experience in installing Luxury Vinyl products such as Karndean & Amtico.
  • Be able to level existing sub floor with a water base/latex screed compound.
  • Their own tools, which should include – 110 volts welding gun, hand and power tools.
  • Driving license and own van (if not, should be willing to commute).
  • CSCS card is a bonus but not a necessity at present.

Required experience: Flooring: 1 year.
