Contract Chair Co. is the UK’s leading B2B supplier of hospitality furniture. Our clients include businesses, design practices and other hospitality industry intermediaries, mostly based in the UK, others around the globe. From our head office in Hammersmith, our friendly team provides an exceptional sales and customer care experience.
Our ambitious growth plan requires us to add a second manager to our UK product team to enable us to more quickly respond to customer needs. You will share the responsibilities listed below, supported by a bespoke product designer and a website product team.
- Ensure our website has the most appropriate products for our customers
- Relentless search for, and on-boarding of, the best global suppliers
- Supplier relationship building, meetings, negotiation and management
- Product library management
- Product sourcing for customers
- Training
- Blog content creation
- Showroom product management
Requirements:
- You will have at least a few years relevant product experience
- Possess an eye for design, coupled with critical thinking skills
- Exhibit professionalism and maintain a strong work ethic
- Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues
- This position is likely to require regular travel
