Continuum Therapy Partners is hiring a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time position at Bethea Retirement Community in Darlington, South Carolina.
This opportunity allows you to provide speech therapy services to adult and geriatric residents in a collaborative rehabilitation setting focused on improving communication, cognition, swallowing, and overall quality of life.

- Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat adult and geriatric patients with speech, language, cognitive, voice, and swallowing disorders.
- Develop individualized speech therapy treatment plans based on patient needs and goals.
- Perform dysphagia evaluations and implement evidence-based swallowing interventions.
- Provide cognitive-communication, language, speech, and voice therapy.
- Educate patients, families, and caregivers on treatment strategies and home programs.
- Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, Occupational Therapists, Physical Therapists, and the interdisciplinary rehabilitation team.
- Complete accurate and timely electronic documentation in accordance with Medicare, state, federal, and company guidelines.
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program.
- Current South Carolina Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license required.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required.
- Experience in senior living, skilled nursing, rehabilitation, long-term care, or post-acute care is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication, organization, and interdisciplinary teamwork skills.
