We’re recruiting an HR Coordinator for a national, multi-site logistics business. This is a generalist HR administration role with payroll support, working with managers and employees across the business.
If you have strong HR administration skills, some exposure to payroll and the ambition to grow within a larger business, this role could be right for you.
What you’ll be doing:
- Coordinating starters, leavers and changes to employee details
- Preparing contracts, letters and other HR documentation
- Maintaining accurate employee records and supporting absence and annual leave processes
- Arranging interviews, right-to-work checks and onboarding
- Checking and submitting payroll information, including hours, overtime and absence
- Helping to resolve routine HR and payroll queries
What we’re looking for:
- Experience in a generalist HR administration or coordinator role
- Some exposure to payroll administration
- Good organisation and attention to detail
- Confidence dealing with managers and employees while handling confidential information
- An interest in developing your HR career within a national, multi-site business
