We’re supporting an established engineering business delivering electrical control systems into industrial and infrastructure environments. With continued growth, they’re looking to appoint a Senior Electrical Build Engineer to take a leading role within their panel build function.
This is a hands-on senior position with responsibility for supporting and guiding a small team, while acting as the go-to person for build quality and technical problem solving.
- Leading the build and wiring of electrical control panels from schematics
- Acting as the escalation point for complex electrical and system issues
- Taking ownership of build quality, layout standards and best practice
- Supporting testing, inspection and fault finding
- Providing remote support for fault finding, commissioning and troubleshooting
Strong background in electrical panel building within an industrial, automation or mechatronic environment. Experience with PLC systems, drives and control components, FEIG or similar control system experience highly advantageous. Confident interpreting electrical schematics. Experience supporting commissioning or working alongside site teams.
