Senior Quality Inspector Redditch Mon - Fri £45,000 + Benefits We're recruiting for a Senior Quality Inspector to join a leading precision engineering manufacturer supplying the aerospace sector.
Reporting to the Chief Inspector, you'll play a key role in ensuring only compliant, high quality products leave the business, acting as the final quality gate before components are dispatched to customers.
This is a hands on role for an experienced inspection professional who takes pride in delivering right first time quality.
You'll be responsible for carrying out first-off, in-process and final inspections, interpreting engineering drawings, identifying non-conformances and supporting the business's Zero Defects strategy.
We're keen to hear from ambitious experienced Quality Inspectors, CMM Inspectors, NDT Technicians and professionals from other quality critical inspection disciplines with strong dimensional inspection skills and the ability to interpret engineering drawings.
Key Responsibilities Carry out first-off, in-process and final inspection of manufactured components.
Inspect components against engineering drawings, customer specifications and industry standards.
Use conventional metrology equipment including micrometers, verniers, height gauges and bore gauges.
