We're supporting a leading engineering consultancy in the appointment of a Planner / Senior Planner to join a growing infrastructure team delivering complex engineering and construction projects.
Working across a varied portfolio of major capital programmes, you'll support projects from early stage FEED through to construction and delivery under NEC contracts. This is an excellent opportunity to work on technically challenging, nationally significant infrastructure projects within a collaborative consultancy environment.
- Develop, maintain and manage integrated project schedules using Primavera P6.
- Produce programmes covering FEED, engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning.
- Support project teams with planning, progress reporting, forecasting and schedule analysis.
- Work closely with project managers, engineers and commercial teams to ensure robust programme delivery.
- Produce programme updates, critical path analysis and reporting for clients and stakeholders.
- Support NEC programme management, change control and project governance.
- Identify programme risks, opportunities and mitigation strategies.
- Build strong relationships with clients and multidisciplinary project teams.
Experience planning major infrastructure, engineering or construction projects. Consultancy or client-facing experience would be advantageous. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. The ability to manage multiple projects within a fast-paced consultancy environment.
The position is based in Bristol with an expectation of two days per week in the office or on client sites across the South West.
