We are supporting a confidential search for an Operations Director within a complex manufacturing environment. This role will take full responsibility for a key value stream within an established manufacturing group, leading circa 100 employees across production, engineering, quality and supporting functions.

With responsibility for operational performance, delivery, safety, quality, profitability and continuous improvement, you will play a critical role in the ongoing development of the business.

We are keen to speak with individuals who have led significant manufacturing operations within regulated environments.
