As a Partnership Growth Adviser, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and engaging top talent from the financial services sector to work in partnership with Continuum. You will be responsible for building a strong pipeline of suitable prospects and successfully guiding them to the application stage.

The Role: As a Partnership Growth Adviser, you will play a key role in the acquisition process by proactively sourcing and identifying suitable prospects who fit with the Continuum ethos. This will involve a variety of sourcing channels, including social media platforms, professional networks, industry events, and direct headhunting techniques to identify both active and passive prospects. You will be responsible for building and maintaining a talent pipeline and establishing relationships between the potential prospects and internal management.
Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:
- Use various channels such as social media, job boards, networking, and headhunting to find suitable prospects
- Screen prospects and conduct initial calls to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit
- Present prospects to Head of Partnership Development and the Managing Partner and coordinate meetings with them
- Manage prospect relationships throughout the hiring process
- Maintain a strong understanding of industry trends and market conditions

- Proven experience and track record in sales or recruitment
- Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple prospects
