Join the team at the Greenwood Family Park as a Guest Service Team Member! We are a totally unique, eco-friendly forest adventure park full of action and excitement, nestled beneath the trees of Snowdonia’s National Park for toddlers to grown-ups, with totally mind-blowing rides and experiences from rollercoasting to splashing and mega crafting. Visitors can combine family adventures with overnight stays in our luxury tipis, the perfect way to unwind after a thrilling day, with everything you need included, from hot showers to the kitchen sink!
The Role
As a member of our guest services team, you will be working in our retail and admissions space and will deliver outstanding experiences for our guests ensuring their time with us is a memorable one. Using your vibrant personality, you will greet and host our guests giving them the warmest of welcomes and a reason to return. We are looking for team members with sparkle and passion, that are genuinely interested in people and delivering high quality guest service; a team-playing attitude is a must.
Key requirements:
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a friendly, engaging atmosphere.
- Ability to follow hygiene and safety protocols for all face painting tools and products.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- A good understanding of safety and hygiene best practices.
Salary: Our hourly rates are above Minimum Wage and paid by age: £7.60 for all employees aged 16-17 years of age, £10.10 for all employees aged 18-20 years of age, £12.31 for all employees aged 21 and over. Pay rates to be revised in April 2026.
Contract: Zero Hour fixed term contract available to offer you flexibility (until 2nd November 2026). This role is available for peak season only, including Weekends, School and bank holidays.
