Join our team as a Mixologist at Spinnaker Tower
The iconic Spinnaker Tower stands at a soaring 170 metres tall, offering awe-inspiring 23-mile views over Portsmouth, the Solent, the South Downs and the Isle of Wight. From delicious High Teas to mind-boggling virtual reality, nerve-jangling abseils to magical weddings, there are outstanding experiences for everyone, all set against the most breath-taking of backdrops.
As a Mixologist you will work to create memorable experiences for guests. You will help craft incredible beverage recipes and experiences and be responsible for delivering great guest service.
Using your vibrant personality, you will greet and serve our guests at our bar giving them a reason to return.
We are looking for team members with sparkle and passion, that are genuinely interested in providing high quality guest service and telling the stories of our unique attraction. A team playing attitude is a must.
If you are a creative individual with a true passion of the art of mixology we would like to hear from you. As a member of the team you will engage with our guests to assess their needs/preferences and make recommendations. You will then work to prepare a range of classic and modern cocktails as well as other beverages.

Contract: Zero-hour Permanent Contract Available. Working days will be Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday shifts every week. Evenings, Weekends & Bank Holidays included.
