We are offering an experienced Kitchen Supervisor a rare opportunity to oversee the kitchen
operations in the Spinnaker Tower while working permanent day shifts. This position not
only offers you a prestigious work location , but also allows for a great work – life balance!


The iconic Spinnaker Tower stands at a soaring 170 metres tall, offering awe – inspiring 23 –
mile views over Portsmouth, the Solent, the South Downs and the Isle of Wight. From
delicious High Teas , nerve – jangling abseils to magical weddings, there are outstanding
experiences for everyone, all set against the most breath – taking of backdrops.


In this hands – on role, you will work closely with your team to produce only the highest
standards of food offerings. Your responsibilities will include managing stock , waste control
and cost control . You will oversee all aspects of compliance relat ing to the kitchen
operations, including health and safety and hygiene. You will have a key role in leading and
motivating the team to drive maximum performance and consistency in all areas.

The Ideal Candidate
You will be a qualified Chef who is accustomed to providing excellent guest experience s in a
fast – paced environment. You will ha v e good commercial acumen and the ability to produce
appropriate menus to drive quality and sales. A level 3 food hygiene qualification is highly
desirable.


Above all you will be a hands – on leader who is able to coach, support and inspire your team
to achieve their fullest potential and have the ambition and energy to drive change and make
things happen.

What we offer
We offer Β£15.00 per hour plus benefits.
