CI Projects is a boutique business consultancy committed to helping businesses continuously improve by enabling the true convergence of people, processes, and technology. We work closely with clients to define the issue, the destination, and how to get there – and then provide the tools and confidence so they can keep improving long after we’ve gone.

We’re looking for a process-driven Tester (UAT/SIT) to support a stabilisation programme within a newly mobilised Facilities Management account. If you are detail‑oriented, operationally minded, and experienced in validating business processes and system changes against operational requirements, this role is for you.

Role Overview

This is a client‑facing, consultancy‑focused role supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and System Integration Testing (SIT) activity across an IT services workstream within a wider stabilisation programme. The role is process and requirements‑led rather than deeply technical, focused on ensuring that operational and business requirements are accurately reflected in delivered system changes.

Working alongside internal IT and operational teams, you will support the coordination, execution and validation of testing activities to ensure systems, workflows and processes function effectively within a live FM environment. You will play a key role in identifying defects, validating fixes, supporting operational readiness and helping ensure service continuity during programme delivery. An understanding of Facilities Management operations and service environments would be highly beneficial.

What you’ll be doing

  • Support UAT and SIT activity across IT services and operational workstreams
  • Review business requirements, process documentation and test scenarios to ensure operational alignment
  • Execute test scripts and validate system changes against expected business outcomes
  • Identify, log and track defects, issues and re‑test activity through to resolution
  • Work closely with operational stakeholders and internal IT teams to support testing coordination and delivery
  • Support test planning, test evidence gathering and reporting activities
  • Ensure process changes and system updates meet operational and service delivery requirements
  • Contribute to programme stabilisation activity and continuous improvement initiatives

What we’re looking for

  • Previous experience supporting UAT and/or SIT activity within business transformation or IT change programmes
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured testing and validation processes
  • Experience working with operational stakeholders to validate requirements and business processes
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to identify issues, challenge inconsistencies and support problem resolution
  • Experience within Facilities Management, operational services or related environments would be highly desirable
  • A proactive and collaborative approach with the ability to work in fast‑paced delivery environments
