- Full UK driving licence to drive clients Wheelchair Accessible Vehicle (WAV) (essential)

About the Male Support Worker Role:
Continuity of Care Services is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Male Support Worker to support our 50s male client living with complex health needs. Our client is non-verbal and has cerebral palsy; experience is beneficial but not essential. You will be offering companionship and emotional support to our vulnerable service user in the community. You would provide safe, person-centered support to boost our client's independence, well-being and help him live his life the way he wants to.
For this role we specifically look for a Male Support Worker due to the client's and family wishes. He would love to go out and enjoy various activities including swimming, boxing or other community-based programs with a great fellow.
Our Clients Requirements:
- Moving and handling
- Peg Feed - nutrition
- Positive Behaviour Support (preferred but training will be given)
- Personal care
