We are looking for a Personal Assistant to join our friendly team!
Location: Maidstone, Kent
Hourly Rate: £15.62 per hour with enhanced rate for UK public holidays
Hours of work: Monday and Friday 10:00am to 1:00pm
Eligibility Criteria for a Personal Assistant:
- Previous experience in community support or social services
- Experience supporting individuals with brain injury and/or anxiety
- Full UK driving licence with access to your own car and business insurance (essential)
- Must be eligible to work in the UK. We do not offer sponsorship

About the Role:
We are looking for a compassionate and reliable Personal Assistant to support a young male client who has a traumatic brain injury. This has resulted in seizures, some physical impairment and fatigue. Support will include assistance at home with daily household tasks, as well as support in the community such as attending appointments, shopping and enjoying leisure activities. Our client has a great sense of humour and enjoys good company. He would value someone who can share a laugh while also respecting his need for personal space. He does not require constant communication and benefits from a calm, patient, and independent approach. He also has a strong love for animals, so support with pet care is an important part of the role.
Job Types: Part-time, Zero hours contract
