Continuity of Care Services is seeking a Field Care Supervisor to support its complex care services across the Thanet area, with a base at our Maidstone Head Office.

You will recruit, induct, train, supervise and assess Complex Care Assistants to deliver safe, person-centred care.

This role combines office duties with community visits and clinical support, including care for Restwell Retreats.

A 40-hour week with weekend rotation is required, with ongoing CPD and development opportunities.
