Are you a compassionate and experienced carer looking for a rewarding role supporting a vibrant young client?

Due to our service user’s ongoing care needs, we are seeking an additional team member to join our experienced and supportive team. As part of the induction process, there will be an initial period of shadowing and shorter shifts to allow you to become familiar with the client and their family before working independently. As the client may require time to build familiarity and confidence with new carers, the initial period of the role will be focused on developing trust, rapport, and a strong foundation for a cohesive and effective care partnership.

Our established team will provide ongoing support throughout your induction, ensuring you feel confident, comfortable, well prepared for the role and to become part of the CCS team.

About the Role

Continuity of Care Services is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Complex Care Assistant to provide one‑to‑one support for a friendly and sociable young man in his twenties who lives with cerebral palsy and epilepsy. Hospital stays can vary in length, and care requirements during these periods may differ from the client’s usual routine. Flexibility and adaptability are therefore important to ensure high‑quality, person‑centred care is maintained at all times.
