Continuity of Care Services Ltd is building a new, specialist complex care team in West Malling to support two wonderful individuals living together in their own home. This is more than just a care role; it's an opportunity to provide meaningful, person-centred support that genuinely enhances quality of life. We are currently recruiting 3 compassionate and reliable Complex Care Assistants to join a 7 day-per-week care package. Flexibility is required to cover sickness and annual leave within the Complex Care Assistant team. Please note that nights may also be required to cover respite care when family go away.

- Previous complex care experience (essential)
- Full UK driving licence (essential)
- Eligible to work in the UK. Sponsorship is not available.
About the Role
Continuity of Care Services Ltd is seeking compassionate and dedicated Complex Care Assistants to support two clients living together in the same household. One client lives with a severe learning disability and epilepsy, the second client lives with cerebral palsy, a learning disability, and epilepsy. Both clients require a high level of complex care and value support to access the community. They enjoy outings such as visits to country parks and other social activities. This role would suit a patient, caring, and proactive individual who is committed to providing person-centred support. Prior to starting, you will have the opportunity to meet the clients and their family to ensure you feel confident and well-prepared for the role.
